This was purchased for my spouse. She used a similar product containing Salicylic Acid which had good results. This product works just as described. It's easy to apply. The dispenser is just as easy to use and does not dispenser excessively. Overall, this is a great affordable product which has good results.

Im dealing with perimenopause cyctic acne. I know it says it takes 3mos for overall clear up,but my cheeks before were constantly red,itchy,and everything I found thats supposed to work burned my face (even aloe). But this I've only been using it a week,my face isnt red/ or itchy. It is so gentle, when you apply move it gently to the areas then use your hands to lightly pat it dry. It will have a cooling sensation briefly then may feel lightly tacky but once it fully dries you can't feel it there anymore. I use it 2 to 3x a day mainly when I wake up and just before bed. Its an amazing product in my opinion.

Bought this acne spot treatment cream to help with my acnes and dark spots. Just started using it so no visible changes in the blemishes. What I can say, is that, it do reduce redness.
