Questions / Usage

Yes, just use the serum once daily and remember to moisturize. It’s also a good idea to do a patch test to try the product if this is your first time using the EnaSkin dark spot corrector.

Most customers' feedback sees results in about 3 weeks, but it is entirely normal for it to take about 1-2 months. Different people have different skin so it is normal that results vary.

Yes, this serum is effective on freckles. For freckles that are genetic, it takes about 6-1 months to get rid of them. It's faster if they're non-genetic. It also works on sunspots (1-2 months), acne spots, melasma (2-3 months), and age spots (5-11 months).

Note that the durations mentioned above are estimations and results will vary from person to person.

To see results more quickly, you can use this serum twice a day (if your skin is not sensitive).
If your skin is sensitive, please only use the corrector once a day.

A 1 oz bottle of serum contains 150 pumps (press the pump all the way down). So, it depends
on how many pumps you use each time.

We recommend using this serum in the evening before sleep.

As a general rule, you can use 1 pump or a pea-sized amount of serum on your skin. Applying a lot of serum all in one go will not guarantee faster results as your skin needs time to absorb ingredients in the serum.

Depending on your skin type, it is fine to use without moisturizer.

However, a few customers mentioned that they experienced mild pain and skin burn. For such cases, please use moisturizers.

We recommend using sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Be vigilant and wear a hat and sunglasses or wear a face covering to protect your skin from the sun.

You can use our dark spot correcting & brightening serum on your underarms but be careful.
To avoid irritation, begin by applying the serum slowly twice a week. Your underarms don’t need a lot of the product due to the skin being thin and folding onto itself. Less is more. Apply a thin layer and wait for it to dry before lowering your arm.

Stop using if irritation occurs.

Yes, you can massage the area affected by the dark spot.

There are no adverse effects from applying this serum on healthy skin. Few customers mention that they experience peeling and skin reactions. However, it heals after a few days.

Our dark spot corrector is for all skin types, whether you have oily, dry, or mixed skin. Our product works on people of all races.

Yes, we highly recommend wearing SPF to protect your skin during the day.

Yes, there are usually no issues using both products. However, you might want to do a test first.

Yes, but we advise against using this serum 4-5 days before you wax, especially if you have sensitive or flaky skin. We also recommend that you do not use the serum for 3 days after you’ve waxed.

It will help in fading your scars. But please note that this is not scar removal, hence the effect is limited.

We do not recommend using this on, or anywhere near your intimate areas. The skin in such areas is more sensitive and requires different formulas.

Questions / Skin Problems

Please make sure to use a moisturizer daily. You can use petroleum jelly on top of moisturizers to help lock in moisture (also known as ‘slugging’).

Please moisturize your skin. If it gets worse, please stop using the product and contact our customer support for any concerns.

To prevent this from happening, always put on SPF. If you forget to do so don't worry because your skin should return to its normal shade after a few days.

At best, you should only be experiencing a slight tingling sensation and mild pain, accompanied by a slight skin peel but rest assured it will go away after a while. Make sure to apply moisturizer so that the skin can be nourished.
